IP STUDIO
New release
GOEIE MIE (2026)
In 19th-century Leiden, the Netherlands, a beloved nurse named Maria “Goeie Mie” Swanenburg quietly poisoned over a hundred people under the guise of care. She became the most infamous serial killer in Dutch history.

3D immersive project
First AI-spatial horror experience on Escape.ai
Together with the team of John Gaeta – Academy Award-winning VFX supervisor for The Matrix trilogy – Videostate launched a 3D spatial environment of his film ‘Le Théâtre du Diable’.
The project is a modern reinterpretation of Méliès’ Le Manoir du Diable (1896). The birthplace of horror has been rebuilt using AI tools, theatrical design, and the visual language of early cinema — all inside a fully spatial, explorable world.
Step inside the origin of fear.
The Obsidian Saga
A dark cinematic universe where ancient forces, cosmic horror, and fractured realities collide across mythic sci-fi worlds.

Part 1 – The Obsidian Rift
A reality-breaking anomaly tears open space and time, plunging humanity into a war against ancient dimensional entities.

Part 2 – The Obsidian Ooze
A living black substance spreads through underground tunnels and industrial ruins, mutating everything it touches into a growing organic nightmare.
Creator ECOSYSTEM
Videostate Creator Studio.
Cinematic wisdom for the creator.
The Creator Studio teaches cinematic storytelling, AI filmmaking workflows, and worldbuilding through real productions, practical frameworks, and hands-on creative development.
We don’t teach from theory alone, we teach from the process of actively building films, worlds, and IP.

VIDEOSTORE
Videostate Method.
CinemaOS.
Videostate works from a simple belief:
A strong cinematic idea is not built from a prompt.
It is built from a world.
That world needs:
- a visual identity
- a genre promise
- a central emotion
- a mythic hook
- a cinematic language
- a reason to exist
AI helps produce the image.
But cinema gives it meaning.

What’s your favorite movie?
Ah hard question! I’ll give you 3 that I love very much:
‘The Rock’ (1996) with Sean Connery, Ed Harris and Nicolas Cage. It’s a wild adrenaline rush blockbuster taking place on Alcatraz.
I also treasure ‘Terminator 2: Judgment Day’ (1991) very much. It’s the best sequel ever made.
And third, ‘Gremlins’ (1984). It’s the perfect blend of horror, comedy, action, holiday seasons. I saw it at young age and it had a massive impact on shaping my creative brain!
